Outline Switch is one of those clever little platformers that messes with your perception. It's not about fancy graphics or a complex story; the whole game world is built on simple, clean outlines. The core mechanic is right there in the name: you can switch the color of your character's outline, and that directly affects which platforms you can stand on. It creates this really satisfying puzzle-like layer to the usual running and jumping, where you're constantly thinking a step ahead.
You basically spend your time navigating these minimalist levels, toggling your outline between, say, white and black. A white outline lets you land on white platforms, while they pass right through black ones, and vice-versa. It starts simple but gets deviously tricky, forcing you to make split-second switches mid-air to chain together jumps. The goal is just to get to the end of each stage, but pulling that off requires some sharp timing and a bit of spatial puzzle-solving as you figure out the correct sequence of color switches.
