It's a side-scrolling shooter where you just drive a car through a wasteland and shoot everything. You can upgrade your car and weapons between runs, which helps a ton because the enemies get pretty dense.

You basically hold right to drive and tap to shoot. But you have to dodge a lot of incoming fire. The boss fights are these huge vehicles that fill the whole screen with bullets. I spent most of my cash on better armor so I could survive longer.
