You're basically running a gladiator arena in ancient Rome. It's a management game where you hire fighters, train them, and put on shows. The whole point is to keep the emperor happy and make enough cash to upgrade your place.

You schedule the fights and decide when to go for blood or just put on a show. Balancing fighter morale with the crowd wanting violence is the hard part. I lost a few good ones because I got greedy for the big payout.
