PlayF2P respects the intellectual property rights of others and acts on properly submitted takedown notices. If you own — or are authorised to act for the owner of — material that appears on this site without permission, we will remove it.
Designated contact
Send notices to dmca@playf2p.com with the subject line Copyright Notice. This is the fastest route; notices sent to other addresses may be delayed.
What a valid notice must include
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs on www.playf2p.com of the material you want removed. One link per item, please — we cannot act on a general description.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We aim to review complete notices within five business days and to remove or disable access to the reported material while we do so. Where applicable we notify the user who posted it.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification you may send a counter-notice to the same address, including your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are terminated.
A note on emulated games
Games on this site are run through third-party emulation. Where a rights holder objects to a title being available we remove it on request — a plain email to dmca@playf2p.com identifying the pages is enough, no formal notice required.
