Alright, so Cats and Candies is one of those deceptively simple-looking puzzle games where you're basically trying to connect matching candy pieces on a grid to clear them, but with a very important, fluffy twist. The whole board is absolutely overrun with adorable, napping cats who are sprawled out on the tiles, and you can't make a move that would disturb their precious sleep. It creates this wonderfully frustrating layer of strategy where you're not just looking for matches, you're planning paths around these furry little obstacles who couldn't care less about your high score.
You'll spend your time scanning the board, plotting out potential chains of three or more identical candies that don't have a cat snoozing on any of the connecting squares. Sometimes you get lucky and a clear line presents itself, but more often you're tapping and swiping candies to shuffle the board just slightly, hoping to nudge a crucial piece into a cat-free zone without waking the whole clowder. It's equal parts relaxing, because hey, sleeping cats, and genuinely brain-tickling as you figure out how to work within the constraints they so lazily impose.
