Twinkle Shooter

Twinkle Shooter's one of those deceptively simple puzzle games where you're basically a cosmic janitor with a laser, cleaning up a sky full of stars. It's got that classic match-three or match-more vibe, but instead of swapping gems, you're firing colored shots from a little cannon at the bottom of the screen up into these drifting constellations, trying to connect at least three of the same color to make them vanish. The whole thing has a really chill, almost zen-like aesthetic with soft music and these twinkling star effects, which is nice because the puzzles can get surprisingly tricky as new mechanics like chain reactions and locked stars get introduced.

In each level, you control that cannon, rotating it to aim and tapping to fire a colored orb. Your goal is to clear the board of all the target stars before they drift down and reach the bottom, which ends the game. You've gotta think a couple shots ahead, though, because you can't just spam—the color you're about to fire is shown on the cannon, and you often have to use ricochets off the walls or set up big combos by popping one group that causes another to fall into place. It's all about precision and planning, making it super satisfying when you line up the perfect shot that clears half the screen in a lovely cascade of light and sparkles.
