It's basically a penalty shootout game that just... doesn't end. You keep kicking balls at these targets in the goal. Hit the right spots, you get points. And the targets move after every shot, which is pretty annoying sometimes.

You level up and unlock new tournaments as you go. Honestly, the main thing is just trying not to break your combo. I spent most of my time just trying to beat my own high score anyway.
