Gameplay

Your main tool is the ability to dig temporary holes in certain floor blocks to either side. A hole can catch a pursuer or open a way downward, but it will eventually refill. Using one safely means considering both the immediate escape and where you will stand when the ground returns. Ladders and bars connect different heights, giving the guards several ways to follow you. Gold placed in awkward corners makes the order of collection important: reaching an item is only part of the job if you also need a route back to the rest. Once all the gold is collected, the exit becomes the final destination. Success depends on seeing how the whole screen connects, then moving through that plan while the guards change position. The same few actions support both navigation and defense, so a carefully timed dig can solve a route problem and stop a pursuer at once.
