Gameplay
The table play asks you to draw and discard tiles until you can complete a legal scoring hand. Building sequences and matching groups requires attention to the tiles already available and the combinations that still have room to develop. Calls and discards shape the options for both sides, making the order of decisions matter. In Normal mode, the match itself supplies the immediate goal. The story mode adds a city map where you seek out opponents, gain experience, and work through obstacles in the surrounding adventure. This gives successive hands a different context without replacing the underlying mahjong decisions. Reading the command windows helps you move between the city and its matches. Familiarity with Japanese mahjong is useful for identifying valid hands and understanding why a completed-looking arrangement may still need a scoring condition. The illustrated characters give the otherwise formal tile contests a distinct presentation.
