Power Eleven is a top-down soccer game for the TurboGrafx-16 platform, released in Japan for PC Engine. It features national teams and a tournament built around direct control of the players on the field. A limited power reserve gives its matches a distinctive balance between ordinary movement and stronger bursts of action.

Gameplay
You move the controlled player to carry the ball, challenge an opponent, or find space for a shot. The length of a button press changes the distance of a kick, linking short passes and longer deliveries to the same action. Power mode makes a player move faster and strike harder, but using it consumes that player’s reserve. Keeping power available for an important run or a shot near goal becomes part of the match. Player attributes affect running, dribbling, kicking, technique, and starting power, while formations change the team’s arrangement. The main solo tournament asks you to defeat other national sides, and a separate penalty-kick mode focuses on shooting from the spot. Matching the strength of a kick to the available space matters as much as moving directly toward the opposing goal.
