Gameplay
The robot moves freely within the playfield while enemies approach from several directions. Choosing which way to fire matters because the scrolling route does not keep every threat in front of you. Pickups provide weapons with different coverage, including spread shots, three-way fire, and a concentrated beam. Other items increase movement speed or add orbiting support units. Shooting an item can cycle its form, so collecting the desired symbol is part of managing your equipment. In this version, pausing opens access to weapon selection, letting you switch among the weapons you have acquired. Different attacks suit different formations, but changing firepower does not remove the need to dodge. Keeping space around the robot helps when the next wave arrives from the opposite side. The combination of directional fire and selectable weapons makes situational awareness central to clearing each section.
