Gameplay
Movement and firing happen together as new enemies enter from above and the sides. Different weapons cover different areas, from a broad spread to laser fire and close-range flames. Choosing a useful attack helps you handle the current formation, but maintaining its power requires surviving long enough to keep collecting upgrades. Supporting missiles and defensive units provide further help during crowded encounters. Larger enemies create a more focused challenge, with patterns that require you to move away from danger and then return to a productive firing position. The two-minute and five-minute score modes compress the action into a fixed time limit. In those sessions, survival still matters, but destroying targets promptly and staying ready for the next group also determine how much the score can grow.
