Gameplay
During ordinary exploration, the hero wears a straw hat and carries a staff. You move through platforms and hazards, attack approaching enemies, and judge jumps while keeping an eye on your health. Towns break up the action with characters who offer information and services, so progress also involves paying attention to what people tell you. Spells add another way to handle threats as the adventure continues. At boss encounters, the small traveler transforms into a much larger fighter, giving those battles a different visual identity from the surrounding platform sections. Success depends on learning when an enemy can be approached safely and when to retreat or jump clear of an attack. Moving between those two forms is a central part of the game’s personality: the journey alternates between a lightly equipped wanderer crossing dangerous terrain and a muscular combatant confronting a major opponent.
