Gameplay

Choose a hero and work through enemy-filled areas, using attacks to clear a route while dealing with platforms and incoming fire. Both movement and combat happen in real time, so an enemy’s distance matters as much as the direction you are facing. Shooting lets you engage threats ahead, while jumps help you cross gaps and change your position during a fight. The objective is to survive each section and defeat the enemies that prevent you from advancing. Its armored heroes and comic book opponents give the action a superhero setting, but the basic demands remain direct: move, attack, and protect your remaining health. The small playfield makes watching the area immediately around your character especially useful when several threats approach together.
